With National Bonds, depending on your savings plan and/or payment method, lock-in period will be 30 days or 60 days.

In case you signed up for THE PAYOUT, bonds will be locked-in for 90 days

Subscription fees may be applicable on certain plans, as per below schedule, and you can pay it off whenever you decide to cancel your plan or request for an early redemption.

Instant Redemption:

If you are residing within the UAE, you can easily redeem your funds with these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account via our website or mobile app
  2. Select instant redemption
  3. Enter your online password and registered mobile number
  4. Enter the amount to be redeemed  (max AED 10,000 for regular accounts – 15,000 to 25,000 for Prestige accounts)
  5. View and confirm the amount, related charges and acknowledgement
  6. You will receive an Instant Redemption Code on your registered mobile number
  7. Visit any of our selected Redemption outlets at Al Ansari Exchange and Al Fardan Exchange within 14 days
  8. Present your IR Code and valid ID to collect your funds

There is a charge of AED 15 plus VAT for Instant Redemption requests.

Cheque redemption

If you would like to redeem over the cash limit, you may request for a cheque redemption by contacting us on 600-5222-79 (UAE)

Once the redemption request is processed, a cheque will be issued and couriered to you within approximately 6 working days.

A courier charge of AED 29.63 AED will be deducted from the bonds value on cheque redemption.

Bank Transfer Redemption:

Redeem your funds via bank transfer, following the below steps:

  1. Log in to your account via our mobile app
  2. Select Redemption option and click Manage Bank Details
  3. Register your bank account details
  4. The request will be reviewed and processed within 5 working days
  5. Once approved, you can select that account and request for redemption via the app
  6. Enter the amount to be redeemed
  7. View and confirm the amount, and related terms and conditions
  8. You will receive an OTP Code on your registered mobile number
  9. Verify via this code and the redemption request will be accepted.
  10. The request will be processed within 2 working days and the funds will be credited into your chosen bank account
  11. Bank charges (if any) related to the fund transfer shall be deducted from the transferred amount (redeemed amount) by the correspondent banks/ beneficiary bank.
  12. The estimated time for the funds to be credited to the beneficiary bank account is 7-10 working days from the time of initiation of the redemption process. National Bonds cannot guarantee the time due to dependencies on the banks and shall not be liable for any delays by the banks.
