  International Purchases:

  a. Call on +9714 363 1333 or email us at helpdesk@nationalbonds.ae our customer service agent will be pleased to forward application form to you.

  b. Mode of Payment: Electronic Fund Transfer. Our account details will be advised to you accordingly.

  c. Complete application form

  d. Send an electronic fund transfer in favor of NBC from your respective bank

  e. Forward documents to us. Our customer service agent will guide you accordingly.

  Documents Required:

  a. New Customer

  • Application form duly completed
  • Passport Copy
  • Proof of payment - receipt from bank for electronic fund transfer

  b. Existing Customer

  • Application form duly completed
  • Proof of payment - receipt from bank for electronic fund transfer

    Contact our customer service center or email to confirm that all documents have been sent as required.

    Bond will be issued once fund is transferred to NBC account and necessary documents. Your saving certificate will be issued and sent to you accordingly.

  b. UAE Redemptions: Redemption forms are available at National Bonds Corporation Office and all of our distributers (Exchange houses and Banks) or contact our Customer Service Centre on 600-522279.
