GCC customer to buy bonds online via Credit cards

GCC customers will now have the opportunity to buy National Bonds certificates online via credit cards*.

All you have to do is log into our website using your CAN and PIN number and buy bonds for a maximum amount of AED 10,000 per month. All purchases should take place within the GCC countries and from credit cards issued by GCC banks**. For customers who would like to buy more than AED 10,000 they can transfer money through their bank accounts to National Bonds Bank Account.(link to page)

*Only Visa and Master Credit Cards are acceptable.

**No transactions outside the GCC countries will be valid.

1. Log in with your Account Number and PIN. 
   • (Don't have a PIN? Contact NBC Call Centre to get your Personal Identification Number).
   • If you are a new customer: Register online with details like your name, id and contact details and upload your ID copy.
2. Enter the number of bonds you want to purchase.
3. Choose your payment type - payment card.
4. In case of repeat purchase, the bonds will be issued instantly upon successful completion of the payment. For New Purchase, Bonds Issuance will take place within 2 working days.
5. All online customers will receive a copy of the E-bonds to their email addresses registered with National Bonds.
6. Monthly Purchase limit per Account is AED 10,000.
7. Bonds issued using these options are subject to 90 days holding period.
8. A flat charge of AED 2 plus 1.833% will be applied on the purchase value. Please note that National Bonds does not apply any charges and Bonds are issued on exact face value if purchased through CASH or CHEQUE.
9. Remember to select payment type as "Payment Card" on the payment gateway and review all details including the total amount to be deducted before completing the transaction.
10. Refunds or disputed transactions can take up to 90 days for resolution.

5. Send us your transaction code, or your bank receipt, along with the Application form and valid I.D. copy, either by fax on +971 4 384 8855 or E-mail at helpdesk@nationalbonds.ae
6. Once your funds and your documents are received by National Bonds we will process your application.
7. Your certificate will be sent to you by mail which you have provided us in the application.

Please note that charges related to the money transfer may be deducted from the amount by the respective banks.
